Shipping policy

All shipping times are noted within the item's description to be reviewed prior to purchase.  

Items in the Weekly Release collection are in stock and ready to ship.

New Retailer Bundles, including the Peek-a-Boo, Bark to Basics, Purrfect Start and Top Dog, have an extended shipping time, generally 14-21 business days, sometimes longer. This is because they are comprised of multiple week's releases.

Preorders are made to order just for you and will also have an extended shipping time, generally 6-8 weeks.
