Refund policy

We stand behind our products and will offer replacements for any items not up to our standards. Please use the contact section of our website to report an issue within 14 days of receipt of your items. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

Return requests outside of our 14 day window may or may not be granted. Granted returns will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping is paid by Retailer.
